MANUFACTURING
Our 30,000 square foot Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Manufacturing facility consists of 4 main areas: Pipe Spooling, Fittings, Winding and Custom Fabrication. This facility can provide both Hand Layup and Filament Wound Piping Systems, Tanks, Scrubbers and Columns, up to 12 Feet in diameter. Our Custom Fabrication projects include but are not limited to Duct Systems, Vent Hoods and Pipe Spooling. We have the capabilities to manufacture to most industry standards and specifications.
FIELD SERVICES
Our 3 Field Services divisions are located in Texas and Louisiana. Our Field Service division strives to provide turnkey solutions for all your Corrosion resistant needs. These solutions include Installation, Custom Fabrication, Piping Systems, Lining Systems, Concrete Coatings, FRP Grating, FRP Structures and Trenches. With the combined knowledge of our Owners, Construction Manager and Project Managers 20+ years’ experience in the Fiberglass industry, we can costly and efficiently man projects such as day to day Maintenance, Emergency Repairs, Turnarounds/Outages and Capital Construction
OIL & GAS
Our 5 acre DOT certified Tank, Trailer & Vessel facility allows us to work on multiple Tanks/Trailers simultaneously. We provide Premium Vinyl Ester Resin Liners for Acid Frac Tanks, Water Tanks, Over the Road Acid Trailers and Sodium Hypochlorite (Bleach) Trailers. In addition to FRP Liner Installation and Liner Repairs, we have the ability to provide FRP Hose Trays & Fenders, FRP Belly Lines & Fill Lines, FRP Spillways and other Custom Piping per each Customers individual specifications.
